Maslow’s Hierarchy of Human Needs
Offers Around Devotion to the Comfort of Others
When we see people devote themselves to the comfort of others who depend on them for that, they're doing so for the comfort of others who depend on them for that, for comfort. I'm not repeating myself. I'm repeating, on purpose.
So, what I really mean is that those people are giving others something they need (comfort) but that they cannot offer themselves. They are not comfortable. - Nursing
- Nursing assistants
- Patient care technicians
- Home health aides, etc
There might be a lot of other people, too, who lovingly take care of family members who become dependent. Those caregivers also have the courage to devote themselves, and that's transcendence because everybody cannot do that so selflessly.
