ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Marie Josette Maxime Calixte, MBA, LSSBB

Infrastructure builder for mission-driven organizations

Having worked across multilingual environments and diverse operational realities in Haiti and abroad, I understand that building and sustaining a business or organization often requires far more structure, coordination, and adaptability than many realize.

That experience led me to develop practical systems designed to support implementation, visibility, coordination, and long-term sustainability across different organizational and community contexts.

Today, the approach combines practical experience with structured methodologies to help transform ideas into organized and sustainable action.

THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
A journey that began long before the first whitepaper

The ideas and frameworks behind this work were first captured in a manuscript in 2017. After deep reflection, it was clear that the message needed to reach more people in a practical and accessible way
